Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) spoke with Brian Kilmeade about signing Senate Bill 4 which bans sanctuary cities in the state of Texas. Governor Abbott explained how any law enforcement or elected official will be removed from office and possibly jailed for failure to comply with the legislation. The Bill banning sanctuary cities in Texas goes into effect September 1, 2017
