Mike Huckabee Calls Out Rubio, Kasich, Bush, Graham & Fiorina For Not Living Up To Their Pledge To Support Trump

“I don’t understand why some of my colleagues who stood on that stage and said they would support the nominee either did not show up this week, will not endorse Donald Trump and are sitting this convention out. I am embarrassed for them and I feel like they have discredited their own credibility…. Marco Rubio, John Kasich, Jeb Bush, Lindsey Graham, Carly Fiorina, every single one said they would support the nominee so I want to know, were you telling the truth then, are you telling it now? But you can’t be telling the truth both times”

—Mike Huckabee on the republican presidential candidates who are not endorsing Donald Trump

Former Arkansas Governor & Fox News contributor, Mike Huckabee joined Kilmeade & Friends in Cleveland to recap day 2 of the Republican convention, preview day 3 of the convention and share his thoughts on republicans who are not endorsing Trump. Huckabee explained he is embarrassed for his republican colleagues, calling them out by name, who are refusing to endorse Donald Trump for president. When asked about the lukewarm endorsement last night by Speaker Ryan, Huckabee wishes Ryan would give more full throated support for Trump. Huckabee also said that if Ted Cruz doesn’t come out and support Trump for president tonight, it will hurt his political career because he will come off as being more concerned about his future than he is about the future of the country. Looking ahead to Donald Trump’s speech on Thursday night, Huckabee said Trump needs to give the speech of his life and needs to remind American’s why they were voting for him in the primaries.
