NY Newsday’s Bob Glauber: If Deflate Gate Appeal is Upheld it Could End Up in Court

Bob Glauber, NFL columnist for New York Newsday, told Brian that he believes if NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell upholds Tom Brady’s appeal this could wind up in court.

Bob explained that since the players union agreed to allow Roger Goodell to have final authority in the appeals process this could lead to a lengthy court fight. He also talked about the Patriots rebuttal to the Wells Report in some places is well thought out but in others, it’s comical
