Is Anti-Muslim Bias Worse Now Than Right After 9/11?
Friday on “The Alan Colmes Show,” Alan spoke with comedians Dean Obeidallah and Negin Farsad, who are fighting to have posters which mock the anti-Muslim sentiments of conservative activists placed in the New York City transit system. The posters are part of a campaign for a comedy documentary the pair recently completed called “The Muslims Are Coming!”
Alan discussed with Dean and Negin why Islam should actually have a more favorable opinion in American that other religions, why Muslims in American don’t really want to see sharia law, and why Dean and Negin feel anti-Muslim bias is worse now than even right after 9/11.
