Monday on “The Alan Colmes Show,” Alan spoke with one of the stars of Bravo’s hit reality show Million Dollar Listing New York, Fredrik Eklund. Eklund has written a new book called The Sell: The Secrets Of Selling Anything To Anyone, which shares what he has learned after years of being one of New York’s most successful real estate agents.
Eklund told Alan why sometimes being silly is the way to success, why convincing his partner to raise a child with him was the biggest sell of his life, and why he has no problem selling less in order to have a balanced family life.
