Karl Rove: Release of the CIA Torture Report Will “Weaken America”
Karl Rove, former Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to President George W. Bush, told Brian that he finds the way the Democrats have gone about releasing the CIA Torture Report to be “reprehensible”, adding, this “will weaken America” and undermine America’s ability to gather intelligence on potential terrorist attacks.
Rove also discussed Congressman Bill Cassidy’s victory over Mary Landrieu in Louisiana’s senate runoff election. Rove believes the new republican controlled Congress must focus on passing a budget, jobs and the economy, and reigning in President Obama on immigration.
