Texas AG Greg Abbott (@GregAbbott_TX ) is Currently Drafting Litigation Against the Federal Government Over Its Failure to Secure the Border
Texas Attorney General Greg Abbot told Mary Walter, who is filling in for Brian Kilmeade, that he currently has a team drafting potential litigation on the ways the federal government has violated its responsibility to secure our border. Later in the interview he said not to expect anything to be filed this week because they are still working on the finer details. Abbott said he expects this to be a long battle because the Federal government doesn’t want to do its job nor does it want to respond to states that challenge them to do their job.
