Vipp’s World of Nonsense: It doesn’t take much skill to be a soldier…What ?
“Hard to believe
that a player in a helmet
defendin’ a football
makes more money
than a soldier in a helmet
defendin’ his country.”
That was a message sent on Twitter to which a former NFL player by the name of Ty Nsekhe responded that “it doesn’t take much skill to kill someone”.
What a load of disrespect to the very institution that allows this country to live in peace. His tweet truly reflects his intellectual suppleness and moral maneuverability.
Well lets enlighten and maybe even educate Ty, shall we? The US army teaches its soldiers the values of discipline, focus and skill. These are not qualities that come naturally but are acquired after hours and hours of dedication to their craft.
I would have expected Ty to show more patriotism, compassion and sensitivity in his tweet but I guess the brains in his fingers got the better of him.
He later apologized but I guess that’s the damage – control tweet of his PR agent.
Well, Ty in the future you should be aware that your opinion is of interest, but only to yourself.
