Republican Strategist KARL ROVE weighed in on President Obama deciding to make a speech about economics instead of the shooting.  Rove said Obama's choice displays three fundamental problems: "One, the President is disengaged and not thinking or acting strategically; second of all, the President does not have a plan of action to unify the country around big things; and finally, he is now in the second term, supported by a staff that's clearly not up to the job."
