[VIDEO] Samuel Katz and Fred Burton Talk Under Fire In #Benghazi
FRED BURTON AND SAMUEL KATZ, authors of Under Fire: The Untold Story of the Attack in Benghazi, talked to Brian about their groundbreaking book. The duo explained that one major find they reveal in their book is that the security in Benghazi at the temporary diplomatic facility on 9/11 was subpar. “One of the mistakes that we know occurred was there were no smoke hoods there,” Katz explained, “Ambassador Stevens and Sean Smith, the information officer, died of smoke inhalation. If they had had smoke hoods there, that would’ve bought them some time and all of probability saved their lives.”
