SENATOR TIM SCOTT (R-SC) talked to Brian about the 50th anniversary of the I Have a Dream speech. Scott said that while we have made amazing progress, but we still have a long way to go, citing Cory Booker's potential Senate victory as a prime example. (Booker would only be the fifth African American to join the Senate after he is elected.) Scott, who could be the sixth, said, "The key to our success in the future is our education. It's not a single leader; it's that each of us are leaders. And if you remember that, then we are empowered to make the difference necessary to move the entire nation forward."
