RANDY FORBES (R-VA) weighed in on White House Press Secretary Jay Carney saying he knew nothing about a $34 million military headquarters in Afghanistan that will most likely never be used.  "Brian, I'm always surprised at what Jay does not know and what he knows," Forbes exclaimed, "We've gotten to the point now they don't shock us with anything they say!"
