Former Rep. Lt. Col. @AllenWest on #PRISM Program

Former Rep. Lt. Col. Allen West, newest member of the FOX team, weighed in on the impact of the PRISM program being exposed.  West, who never supported the PRISM program, pointed out that Jihadists have already responded by adjusting some of their tactics.  “We should have been going after the Jihadists initially,” he said, “It should have been a targeted program.  It should be very narrow in scope instead of being very broad-based.”
