GiulianiFormer NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani talked about what has changed since 9/11  in regards to terrorism and Islamic extremism. Mayor Giuliani explained that lately, “there seems to be more concern with making a mistake and designating the wrong person as a terrorist than in following up in a thorough way.” 

He went on to explain that if a foreign government gives you a warning that an individual may be a terrorist, our government officials have an obligation to follow up on that lead.  “This fear of being politically incorrect is so great that it is holding back doing things that you rationally would do,” Mayor Giuliani said.
