Ed Gillespie, Republican strategist and former RNC Chairman, weighed in on whether or not he thought it was alright for the public safety clause to evaporate yesterday with Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.   Gillespie said that he thinks the decision came much too soon to read the the young terrorist his Miranda rights: "It seems to me that that decision came much more quickly than it needed to."  However, he explained that he knows from his experience that the White House has more information than the public has, so he is waiting to hear why they came to that conclusion so quickly.
