Former Attorney General Michael Mukasey talked to Brian about 19 year-old Dzokhar Tsarnaev.  Mukasey said that we should "keep at it," and continue to communicate with Dzokhar for as long as possible, going against what many have recommended, including Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA).  "It's perfectly constitutional to keep on questioning him until we get every ounce of useful information out of him," Mukasey said.  He went on to explain that although there is a chance officials may not be able to use any statements Dzokhar makes in court, there is more than enough evidence that can be used in court against him.
