Former Attorney General Michael Mukasey talked to Brian about 19 year-old Dzokhar Tsarnaev.� Mukasey said that we should “keep at it,” and continue to communicate with Dzokhar for as long as possible, going against what many have recommended, including Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA). �“It’s perfectly constitutional to keep on questioning him until we get every ounce of useful information out of him,” Mukasey said.� He went on to explain that although there is a chance officials may not be able to use any statements Dzokhar makes in court, there is more than enough evidence that can be used in court against him.
