The Power of HabitCharles Duhigg, author of The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business, talked to Brian about his bestselling book.  Duhigg explained that every habit has three components: A cue, or trigger for an automatic behavior to start; a routine, which is the behavior itself; and a reward.  "It's by looking at the cues and the rewards, that's really how we change these automatic patterns in our lives," he said.  Duhigg also explained why our brains have a natural instinct to latch onto routines, and how this differs from person to person.
