Steve Moore, who is on the Wall Street Journal Editorial Board, tells Brian that Americans are not spending because they are still unsure of the direction of our economy, which instills a “fear factor” within individuals.  Moore also tells Brian what he thought about Obama saying that the sequester “will not happen” during Monday’s debate.
