Is An Apology To Bachmann Necessary?

Today on Kilmeade and Friends (6/27), Brian gets into Chris Wallace’s apology to Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN)–for asking her on Fox News Sunday if she’s a “flake.” Wasn’t Chris just doing his job as a TV journalist? Or did he step over the line?
