NATO Command? ~ Although NATO has agreed to take over command of the no-fly zone in Libya, the US had hoped the alliance would take full control of the operation authorized by the UN, including the protection of Libyan civilians and supporting humanitarian aid efforts on the ground.   How big of a role will NATO play considering they have agreed to enforce a no-fly zone against a country that no longer has an Air Force?  To opine, Brian will be joined by General Jack Keane, Admiral Joe Sestak, Lt.
