MARCELLA HAZAN REMEMBERS
Marcella Hazan, considered by many to be the Godmother of Italian cooking, started married life as a young bride in Italy who did not cook, wasn’t really even very interested in it. She went on to eventually teach generations of Americans about Italian food. Hazan whose memoir Amarcord is out in paperback in this fall, shares stories from that journey with Fox Radio’s Lilian Woo.
