Great to have the Judge back in his seat and he surprised me with the debate on the actual entering aspect of the Gates debacle in Cambridge Massachusetts. Attention law enforcement if word gets out hat someone is breaking into my house you have my permission to enter guns drawn until they put down my 50 inch flat screen.

The President’s Beer diplomacy was a fine offer and I see all 3 doing it and doing it soon. This whole thing whole controversy has worked in the Presidents favor because it blunted and blurred his massive loss on Health Care. The plan does not have Democratic support because its too liberal and they aren’t even making a sincere effort to woo Republicans.
