President Trump Puts Stamp of Approval on American Health Care Act

There’s skepticism from some Republicans and outright opposition from most Democrats about the GOPs health care bill.

FOX’s Jon Decker has more from the White House:

The President approves of the House Republican proposal, tweeting, “I am working on a new system where there will be competition in the Drug Industry. Pricing for the American people will come way down!”

But when it was pointed out that the health care bill lacks a provision that would allow people to purchase health insurance across state lines, he returned to Twitter to write, “don’t worry, getting rid of state lines, which will promote competition, will be in phase 2 & 3 of health care rollout.”

The House proposal does away with the ObamaCare provision that mandates most Americans to purchase health insurance, replacing it instead with a tax credit.
