Britax Strollers Recall – Almost 700,000 Have Issues

    Some popular strollers getting recalled after several kids are injured.

    Britax voluntarily recalling some 700,000 strollers in the U.S. because of issues with the car seats. Those on the Britax B-Agile and BOB motion strollers may disengage and cause a fall, according to federal safety officials.

    The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the company has announced 33 reports of incidents resulting in injuries to 26 children including scratches, bruises, cuts and bumps to the head. Consumers told to immediately stop using their click and go receiver mounts and contact Britax. Those with single strollers can get for a free repair kit.

    Owners of the recalled double strollers should stop using them with car seats attached. The company also aware of more than 1300 reports of strollers with damaged click & go mounts.
