Crime and Bullying Numbers are Down Across Schools

There’s a new report showing a drop in crime and bullying in schools.

    FOX’s Rachel Sutherland reports:

New data from the federal government shows schools are safer across the country. Violent crime, harassment and bullying due to sexual orientation have declined.

Still, the report from the National Center for Education Statistics and the Justice Department shows about three-percent of students between the ages of 12 and 18 reported being a crime victim at school in 2014.

The government also shows middle schoolers are more likely to get picked on than high schoolers and elementary age children.
