VIRAL VIDEOS: Week of October 11th

Here’s what’s going viral now on Facebook.

“Miley Cyrus & Mumford & Sons – ‘Little Wrecking Ball.'”

This trending mash-up combines the vocals from Miley Cyrus’ single “Wrecking Ball,” with the instrumentals from Mumford & Sons’, “Little Lion Man.”  The end product? A surprisingly good earbug, complimented by a music video featuring a pair performing a modern dance routine.

Then, there’s this:

“Kate Upton and Snoop Dogg – ‘You Got What I Eat’ – Hot Pockets Music Video.”

This trippy Hot Pocket commercial is laced with innuendo.  Rapper Snoop Dogg covers Biz Markie’s hit song, “Just a Friend” during a dream sequence with super model Kate Upton, who is fantasizing about the microwavable treat.

And, Facebook users are hitting the “like” button on:

“Barenaked Ladies – ‘Odds Are.'”

It’s the official music video for the Barenaked Ladies new single.  The band pretends to be a TV news crew reporting on meteors crashing into earth and zombie invasions, while singing their peppy tune with an optimistic message.
