The nomination of President Obama’s pick for Secretary of Defense remains blocked for now, and one of the most vocal opponents is continuing his criticism of Chuck Hagel’s nomination.

South Carolina Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham, on “FOX News Sunday,” isn’t backing down on his criticism of President Obama’s pick for Defense Secretary.

(Sen. Graham) “A person whose voting record shows softness on Iran and antagonism towards Israel beyond belief.”

Senate Democrats failed to get the votes needed last week to confirm Chuck Hagel and accuse the GOP of playing politics.  But while some Republicans are signaling they’re willing to allow the nomination to proceed when the Senate gets back to work, they’re also demanding more information from Hagel and about the deadly 9/11 terror attack on the U.S embassy in Libya.
