FOX Wheels: Holiday Travel

Traffic

It will be a busy week on America’s roads and highways and some sweet rides are heating up the L.A. Auto Show.

FOX News Radio’s Jennifer Keiper with more in our weekly look at all things automotive in the latest “FOX Wheels” podcast:

It’s FOX Wheels.

Getting ready to hit the road for Thanksgiving? A chunk of change stays in your pocket this holiday travel week. AAA says a gallon of regular unleaded is running about 20-cents less than a year ago.

Step away from the turkey and check out some hot cars. The LA Auto Show kicks off the auto show season here in the states.

GM’s James Bell says the Jaguar C-X17, the Chevy Equinox and Toyota RAV4 are pretty cool.

And the new Mercedes S-Class has features which make you think ‘Wow, I don’t need that, but sure wouldn’t mind having it.”

(Bell) “It’s got a hot stone massaging system built into the seat. It also has a system where it can integrate lovely smells into the cabin.”

Bell says if one of them is eventually a bacon fragrance…

(Bell) “Listen — if they have that, I’m mortgaging the kid I’m gonna go buy this car. I want this.”

With FOX Wheels, I’m Jennifer Keiper, FOX News Radio.
