White House Spokeswoman Defends President Trump’s Tweet
White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders comes to the defense of a tweet from President Trump.
FOX’s Jon Decker reports from the White House:
White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders defended the President’s tweet in which he wrote that MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski was in his words “bleeding badly from a face-lift” when he saw her last New Year’s eve:
(Sanders) “The outrageous attacks that take place on that show day in, day out, not just at the President, and not against his policies, not against things that he is pushing but they are personal and not just directed at him.”
Republican Oklahoma Senator James Lankford said in a statement, “The President’s tweets today don’t help our political or national discourse and do not provide a positive role model for our national dialogue.”

…to Mar-a-Lago 3 nights in a row around New Year’s Eve, and insisted on joining me. She was bleeding badly from a face-lift. I said no!
