FOX News Poll: Majority of Americans are Concerned about “Fake News”

Most of us are concerned about the effect of “fake news”.

FOX’s Gurnal Scott has the results of a new FOX News Poll:

The term really took off in political conversation when then President-elect Donald Trump used it to accuse a national network:

(President Trump) “I’m not going to give you a question. You are fake news.”

Now a new FOX News Poll tells us people are concerned that it’s damaging to the country. 84 percent of those who responded say they’re very concerned or at least somewhat concerned about it.

15 percent says their level of concern is very little to none at all. About 8 in 10 respondents say they’d know “fake news” if they saw it. Half of Liberals and 45 percent of men say they would know which news is real and which is not.
