Housecall for Health: Drug ‘Molly’ On The Rise

The drug ‘molly’ is on the rise.

FOX’s Colleen Cappon reports:

Health officials say the latest illegal street drug, molly, is flooding the market. The MDMA-based stimulant has effects similar to ecstasy, and is often laced with other dangerous chemicals causing deaths all over the country. MDMA related ER visits in the U.S. have jumped 123% since 2004. Law enforcement says references to molly by stars like Madonna and Miley Cyrus are only adding to the drug’s popularity.
