“Senior moments” are being had less by senior workers than young employees, according to new research.

Employers who think their oldest workers are the ones most prone to having brain cramps, may want to think again.

A new German study published in the journal Psychological Science, finds day-to-day irregularities in cognitive performance are more frequent in younger adults than more seasoned employees.

The reason? Older employees have high motivation and a stable daily routine and mood.
