Manhunt Across Southern US for Escaped Fugitive
Police from Florida to Texas and beyond continue to search for a fugitive to attacked and escaped from officers transporting him to Nevada.
FOX News Radio’s Eben Brown has the story:

Law enforcement around Grapevine, Texas continues searching for Alberto Morales, the prisoner who stabbed an officer from Miami-Dade Police who has driving him to Nevada.
(Sgt. Eberling) “We have not recovered any clothing, any of the shackles that he was used or that was restraining him. We’re still searching the area to see if we can recover any of that.”
…Grapevine Sgt. Robert Eberling.
(Sgt. Eberling) “He’s a very violent individual. He’s demonstrated that in the past, so we have every reason to believe and we’re certainly going to treat him like a violent individual.”
The Miami officer is recovering from the stabbing, but could be off the job for months.
