North Korea Plans New Nuclear Test, Threatens U.S. [VIDEO]

North Korea has announced they plan to conduct a third nuclear test, despite condemnation from the United Nations.

FOX News Radio’s Simon Owen reports:

North Korea responding after it was hit with fresh UN sanctions. It says it’s preparing to conduct its first nuclear test since 2009.

State TV also announcing plans for more rockets and saying the whole program is aimed at the United States, calling America its sworn enemy.

It’s thought North Korea eventually wants to have a missile capable of carrying a nuclear weapon all the way to the States.
