(Griggs) “Which was waiting to be picked up. They saw a carrier and it had a small dog in it.”
Griggs says the dog is holding up okay.

Over near Tampa, Pinellas County authorities have arrested 39-year-old Rodney Blanchard, accused of stuffing four kittens in sandwich bags, then putting them in a freezer. His neighbor, Eve Mulder, heard them meowing in the nick of time.
(Mulder) “I just looked at Rodney, and he said, ‘Hypothermia doesn’t take that long to kick in.’”
One kitten didn’t make it. They reportedly belonged to Blanchard’s roommate, who was arrested with Blanchard’s son just a day before.
