Halloween Shooting at USC Injures Four
A Halloween party turns into a truly scary scene when gunfire broke out at a California university.
FOX News Radio’s Steve Rappoport reports:

A Halloween party at the University of Southern California turned into a real-life fright fest. Four people shot, one of them critically injured. Police detaining two suspects minutes later.
(Carlisle) “The suspects were caught running on campus by USC Public Safety Personnel and LAPD.”
USC Department of Public Safety Captain David Carlisle.
(Carlisle) “Neither the suspects or any of the people are students, faculty, or staff members at the university.”
Authorities believe the critically injured victim was the intended target of the shooting.
