Holmes Facing More Charges In CO Movie Massacre

The man accused of a massacre in a Colorado movie theater now has even more charges against him, but it may be a little while longer before he faces them.

FOX News Radio’s Jessica Rosenthal reports:

James Holmes was charged with an additional 14 counts of attempted murder, but it looks like he will have more time before he has to face all the charges. His attorneys say they cannot be ready for a preliminary hearing in November, so it may get pushed to next year. Another focus in today’s hearing was on the media complaint that too many court documents have been redacted. The prosecution said it’s necessary because the media has been harassing the victims.
