Pastor Arrested for Reading the Bible [VIDEO]
A pastor was arrested outside a Department of Motor Vehicles office in California because he was reading the Bible. The arrest was caught on tape.
FOX’s Douglas Kennedy reports from Hemet, California:
Audio clip:
The video (from February 2011) begins with Pastor Mark Mackey, opening his Bible in front of the DMV office in Hemet, California. It ends with his arrest.
(Mackey) “Folks, this is what the United States is coming to.”
(Officer) “You can preach on your own property.”
Mackey says he thought his speech was protected by the First Amendment because he was standing on public property. But he was reading to a group of people waiting for the DMV to open, and constitutional attorney Dan Conaway calls that intimidation.
(Conaway) “He’s creating an intimidating situation for people who simply want to get their driver’s license renewed.”
A judge will now decide whether reading the Bible to a “captive audience”, is indeed intimidation.

Hitler took things away from the people one by one and religion was the first thing he took away. They don't teach THAT in history classes anymore do they?
They arrest someone reading from the Bible, and yet the group in Philly, on election day in 2008, who were intimidating voters were OK? Where were the arrests then? They weren't arrested because they supported the leftest regime.
Religion- a basis that our country started from- go figure.

actually this can work in our favor!
If a Judge decides that reading the Bible to a “captive audience”, is indeed intimidation, then it would be ILLEGAL for someone (or something, or some buisness, your employer, ect…) to force you to listen to Liberal Holy Scriptures (the News, praise of the Holy Obama, pro-abortion sacred writings, faith in Obamacare, Testaments from the Religion of Liberalism, ect..) while you are at work (captive) or traveling to work (captive while in a car).
In those cases you would indeed be “CAPTIVE” because if you tried to exit the car (or train, plane or bus) while travelling you’d probably die.
It would also make it ILLEGAL for Teachers to indoctrinate School children (who are a “captive audience”) with the Religion[s] of Liberalism.

This is what happens when apothetic Christians don't vote…I am convinced that when Christians don't participate in our nations democratic process of voting for local, state and Federal candidates for public office, they are commiting sin.

I'm sure that if a Wiccan or atheist, or abortion-rights group, were to preach to the captive audience, you wingnuts would want her executed.
