AP Projects: Rick Santorum Wins MO Primary, MN Caucuses

The Associated Press is projecting Rick Santorum as the winner of the non-binding Missouri primary and the Minnesota caucuses.

All three of Tuesday’s caucuses/primary – Colorado, Minnesota and Missouri – are non-binding, meaning no delegates will be awarded to candidates directly from these results.  Colorado, which has 36 delegates (33 that awarded through caucuses), will award their delegates at district and state conventions rather than Tuesday’s precinct caucuses.

Minnesota will send all 40 of their delegates to the Republican National Convention unpledged, unless a vote is taken to bind their 13 “at large” delegates at the state convention in May.

Missouri’s primary is non-binding and plays no role in deciding the state’s 52 delegates.  Delegates will be bound at conventions in April and June.  Missouri is also the only state not to have all of the remaining candidates on the ballot: Newt Gingrich did not file for the primary.

Rick Santorum is demagoge. He did nothing in his life except talking, and talking. I think Fox News should be ashamed to agitate for him, because their boss wants them to do it. Shame on Fox News. Romney is much better candidate, and all the Fox comentators think the same, but ahve to lie. I liked Fox before the Rupert singning of Santorum. Now it is obvious that they are just paid employees. I am sick and tired of them. The only person I can watch now is Ann Colter. Shame on all of you. You just betrayed us..
