Buff Beating: Naked Man Attacks CA Couple

A southern California couple is in critical condition after a savage beating by a sparsely-attired attacker.

FOX News Radio’s Chris Hoenig has the story:

22-year-old Ruben Arzu isn’t just a buff 300-pound bodybuilder, police say he was “in the buff” – naked – when he beat a California couple.  The pair came home to find Arzu on their porch in his birthday suit, and when the husband confronted him, Arzu attacked.  Colton Police Corporal Ray Mendez suspects drugs or alcohol were involved.

(Mendez) “Typically, in law enforcement, we associate someone who’s acting violent, and naked, to be under the influence of a stimulant or a narcotic.”

It took four cops, two stun gun blasts and four sets of handcuffs to subdue the undressed assailant.  The husband suffered a broken jaw.  His wife: a fractured skull.  Arzu was booked on suspicion of attempted murder.
