Ring, Ring Wrong: Woman Gets $200,000+ Phone Bill [VIDEO]

Cell phone companies pledged this week to warn customers before they go over their monthly calling limits.  That plan comes a month too late for one Florida woman, however, who could buy a house for what her phone company says she owes.
