Ben Carson: Visiting The 9/11 Memorial Is Touching & Reminds You What We Are Up Against

2016 GOP candidate Dr. Ben Carson called into Kilmeade & Friends to discuss his presidential campaign and the moving experience he had today after visiting the 9/11 Memorial in New York City.

Listen here:

Carson was clearly emotional from the experience of visiting the 9/11 Memorial for the first time. He told Brian, “It was touching…really reminding you what we are up against. This is serious business and we cannot take a relaxed attitude here when there are people out there that want to destroy us.” Carson explained seeing the memorial for himself made such an impact to see the sacrifices, not just by the people in the building, but by the first responders.

When asked about Jeb Bush’s speech where he spoke on the continuing persecution of Christians at the hands of ISIS, Carson agreed with Bush, telling Brian “Yes, it is our fight. Wherever it is happening. It will come here if we don’t deal with it. We need to recognize are fortunate that we can fight it over there.”

Carson and Trump agree on their favorite book — The Bible! However, unlike Trump “Trump:The Art Of The Deal” is not Carson’s second favorite book.

Plus, Carson also gives his reaction to China devaluing their currency and why he feels the “Black Lives Matter” movement has not had a problem with him.
