JASON CHAFFETZ (R-UT) talked about the President’s poor decision to switch topics yesterday and give a speech about economics instead of the Navy Shipyard shooting.  “There would’ve been nothing wrong.  We would all respect the President for delaying it one day and being sensitive to the fact that we have an active shooter – maybe even two other shooters – out there,” Chaffetz exclaimed.
