Glenn Youngkin: “Pandering” Terry McAuliffe Won’t Criticize CRT Because He Wants To Be President

On Fox Across America with Jimmy Failla, candidate for VA Governor Glenn Youngkin explains why Terry McAuliffe is afraid to criticize critical race theory and why McAuliffe is already looking past Virginia for a possible higher office.

“So here we have a 40-year politician, who actually doesn’t really believe anything in his heart. He just says whatever he needs to say in order to try to get elected. And all of a sudden critical race theory, which was actually brought into our school systems under left, liberal progressive leadership in Virginia, which he is absolutely the ringmaster of.”

“The entire Commonwealth of Virginia is absolutely apoplectic about the fact that our schools are teaching our kids what to think as opposed to how to think and actually driving through a lens of race, everything that they are taught, as opposed to living by those immortal words by Dr. Martin Luther King, that we want people to be judged based on the content of their character and not the color of their skin. I mean, this is just wrong. I will ban it when I’m governor. But Terry McAuliffe can not stand up and say it’s wrong because he will absolutely have to abandon his left liberal base that he is pandering to because he wants to run for president someday. He doesn’t want to really be governor of Virginia. He has national ambitions.”
