All Eyes on The Sunshine State!  Florida's U.S. Senate and gubernatorial races are likely to remain in flux after the deadline for the election recount passes. Tension is high as 67 counties race toward a 3 p.m. ET deadline Thursday to finish the recount.  Many counties have completed their machine recounts, but larger Democratic strongholds were still racing to meet the deadline. No less than six federal lawsuits have been filed so far in Tallahassee. Eben Brown, Fox News Radio's National Correspondent joins us LIVE in Palm Beach county.

Justice? Saudi Arabia indicted 11 suspects and prosecutors were requesting the death penalty for five of them for the murder of columnist Jamal Khashoggi last month, the kingdom's top prosecutor announced Thursday. Khashoggi's killers had planned the murder on Sept. 29, three days before the Washington Post columnist disappeared during a visit to the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul, Saudi Al-Mojeb said in a rare press conference. Prime-al Fear! The deal to bring Amazon to Long Island City, at a cost of more than $2 billion in government incentives, has sparked outrage in many corners of New York City, particularly in Queens, where residents and elected officials have vowed resistance. The anger is real: More than 100 people gathered Wednesday at a protest near the proposed site of Amazon's new offices, where the company has promised to employ more than 25,000 people in exchange for tax credits, direct state grants and city tax incentives.
