The "Big" Get! The entire world wanted to snare an interview with Judge Brett Kavanaugh, the Supreme Court nominee. Our next guest found out at nine yesterday morning that he had agreed to talk to her. Martha MacCallum, Fox News Channel Host of the Story, joins Guy and Marie to talk about the interview.

Cold Feet? An attorney for the woman who accused Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her decades ago has raised fresh concerns about the format for Thursday's highly anticipated hearing with her and the Supreme Court nominee.  The letter raising those issues once again could throw into doubt the scheduled hearing, which has been the subject of ever-changing negotiations since Christine Blasey Ford first went public. Brit Hume, senior political analyst for Fox News Channel, gives his take.

Better Or Worse? In his latest article for the National Review our next guest writes that Brett Kavanaugh could have played it safe in the Martha interview with just a blanket denial. Instead, "he extended his denials into three very specific areas that were specifically designed to counter the elitist party-bro narrative that's dominating the left side of Twitter. David French, National Review Institute fellow, joins the show.

LOL? World leaders and diplomats laughed at President Donald Trump's speech at the United Nations General Assembly in New York on Tuesday after he claimed his administration has accomplished more than any other in US history. "In less than two years, my administration has accomplished more than almost any administration in the history of our country," Trump said, prompting the laughter. Responding to the laughs, Trump said, "Didn't expect that reaction, but that's OK." Rich Edson, State Department Correspondent for Fox News Channel, gives the latest U.N. news.
