Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh who's facing a sexual assault allegation has agreed to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee. But Christine Blasey Ford who alleges Kavanaugh sexually and physically assaulted her while they both were in high school has yet to accept an invitation to also testify in public or private before the committee.

Additionally, Democratic senators are calling for more witnesses and more time for the FBI to investigate the allegations. But the FBI apparently is not further investigating.

On a recent show, Todd Starnes talked about why he thinks Judge Kavanaugh is facing this last minute accusation that could tarnish his record and possibly scuttle his nomination to the Supreme Court.

"They want to delay this confirmation vote until after the midterm elections. They're stalling folks, this is all about politics follks. It's all about politics... and what is it that is fueling this hatred of Judge Kavanugh? Ladies and Gentleman it's very simple - it's all about the pro-life movement."
