Fox Business anchor Gerri Willis joins Fox News Radio's Guy Benson and Marie Harf to talk about the 2018 Susan G. Komen Greater NYC Race for the Cure!

On the event: This event to me is one of the greatest events in New York city every year. We get 10,000 people, runners and walkers. It's a 5k. It's just so exciting. There is so much emotion in the park. People are yelling and screaming. It's just really exciting. We have a really big team this year. We'll have probably about 60 people. The contribution is going to be fantastic. (1:07)

On how people can help: You can donate at the Fox page. There are also Komen's all around the country! Go to the Race for The Cure site to find a race near you. (2:25)

On her message to those suffering from breast cancer: I got into treatment and I was doing everything the doctors were telling me but I hadn't really accepted my diagnoses and it wasn't until I was deep into chemo that I realized I had to step up and really embrace my diagnoses.  I realized I had to be a part of the solution. It's not a disaster it can actually be a growing experience. (8:14)
