President Trump's attorney, Rudy Giuliani, called in to "Outnumbered" Monday to clarify remarks he made earlier in the day on "Fox & Friends" about alleged collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

The former New York City mayor said this morning that the president did not collude with the Russians and even if he did so, it wouldn't be a crime. Giuliani stated,

"When I said today that there was no collusion and that collusion also is no crime, I've been saying that from the very beginning."

Giuliani said that the only crime present regarding the Russians is hacking, and it'd be "ridiculous" to think that Trump was involved.

Fox News Senior Judicial Analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano joined Fox News Radio's Guy Benson and Marie Harf to discuss Rudy Giuliani's confusing comments.

On Giuliani's comments: I think he has become more PR flack for President Trump and less lawyer and quite frankly is in very dangerous territory for himself personally because he runs the risk of having Bob Mueller do to him what he did to many defense counsel when the government thought that defense council by their their public statements was intimidating harassing or threatening their witnesses would remove them from the case involuntarily, which would be very dangerous for Rudy personally but extremely dangerous for the President to have his principle lawyer, principle strategist, principle legal thinker removed. (1:22)

On the fact that lawyers fight this stuff out publicly: They do but when it gets to this level he is utterly unworthy of belief. He's a horrible person. He doctored evidence.  (3:18)

On Cohen lying about recording: It is unethical to tape your client without the client's consent. So if you're my client and I say, 'Look you're about to give me so much information that I need to know and share with my colleagues in order to represent you it'd be a lot easier if we put this on tape than if we rely on my chicken scratch or my memory,' and you would say fine or you would say no and I would turn it off because there is a unique trust relationship between attorney and client.  (4:18)

On Rudy saying 'collusion is not a crime': Well there is no crime called collusion. Collusion is a Hollywood or media term. The legal term is conspiracy. A conspiracy is an agreement to do wrong whether the wrong is ever done or not the crime is the agreement. (7:32)

On when Mueller investigation will wrap up: This will go well into 2019. first of all he's got two Manafort trials between now and Christmas. Secondly, he's not going to defer his attention from that to give us a report or an indictment of somebody who hasn't been indited yet. This goes into 2019.  (11:30)
